We offer delivery and pick-up services based on the schedule you select. While we aim to meet delivery deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
6. Damage or Loss
We take great care in handling your items. However, Premier Laundry Services is not responsible for any damage or loss due to inherent defects in the item or failure to disclose special care instructions. Our liability is limited to the value of the damaged or lost item.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

However, we offer express services for your convenience, where you can have your items back as quickly as the same day.
Are my clothes insured while in your care?
Yes, your clothing is insured while it's in our care. We understand the value of your garments, both monetary and sentimental. Rest assured that in the unlikely event of damage or loss during the cleaning process, our insurance policy will cover the replacement or repair cost of the item, ensuring your peace of mind.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery services?
We offer convenient pick-up and delivery services to anyone within a 5 mile radius of the Ardrishaig and Lochgilphead area to make your dry cleaning experience as hassle-free as possible. Simply schedule a pick-up over the phone, and our team will collect your items from your doorstep. Once they're cleaned and ready, we'll return them to you, saving you time and effort.
